Today I am going to share with you my dirty little secret to dealing with stress and being able to relax deeply.
There are many techniques to get rid of stress and relax deeply before the holiday season. However, some are more effective than others. What I personally find useful in getting rid of the stressful things in my life is to actually journal about them. It’s the best tool for me to get rid of stress: I write it all down and create a list of things that are stressful for me. It gives me clarity about the items that need to be taken care of and later can be turned into actions to take.
Once I dump it all down on a piece of paper, I can finally relax and decompress. Then I can drop into the deepest state of relaxation, knowing that my mental space has been cleared and that I don’t have to think about these things anymore or remember them.
When I play the gong and the singing bowls I want to make sure that I can relax and be in the meditative space. It benefits me and the participants of the sound therapy sessions. If I am relaxed, you get relaxed deeper as well. I want to practice and become better at releasing stress, if I can get rid of stress – I can help you do the same. If I can relax deeply – I can show you how to do it as well. And this is great that we can share all of this on the internet and whoever is interested and willing to try – they can benefit from our experience.
